Sponsor Value Scorecard

Put a dollar value on every piece of a sponsor package, then hold it up against the price. Use it before the event to price tiers honestly, and after the event to show sponsors what they got.

What the sponsor gets

AssetKindSeen by× Times$ / unitValue

Exposure = audience × times seen ÷ 1,000 × your $ per 1,000 views (CPM). Hospitality = quantity × retail value (greens fees, meals, tickets). Use a CPM you can defend, such as what the sponsor pays for local print, radio or Facebook.

Leads and business

Leads only count if they can be traced: a unique QR code or URL, a promo code, or a lead card at the hole. Set margin to 100% to count revenue, or to the sponsor's gross margin to count profit.

Follow-ups at 30 and 90 daysAsk the sponsor: leads, closed deals, deal value. Many deals close after the event.
